Blindfold chess training, one puzzle at a time
Calculating means seeing the board in your head. These puzzles make you picture part of it, so the skill grows with each one you solve.
Two ways to train
Find them under Training → Puzzles → Without the board.
- Blindfold: the board shows an earlier position and lists the moves played since. Picture them, then play your move.
- No pieces: the board is empty and the pieces are listed. Picture them, then play your move by tapping its squares.
Help when you need it
Peek at the board for a moment, or show the answer. Each puzzle comes from the same bank as the rated puzzles.
